The Valentine Marine SOLAS range is specifically designed for offshore use, onboard ships, oil rigs etc. The fryers are set up as standard for use with a 440v 3ph, no neutral supply (50 or 60hz). Additional safety features include an audible alarm connected to the high limit thermostat and the facility for the fryer to be connected to a fire suppressant system.
As with all Valentine fryers made since 1953, the design and build of the EVO2525SOLAS is of the highest quality. It comes with adjustable flanged feet to adjust the working height between 850-900mm, pumped oil filtration, two baskets, a crumb and micro-filter, folding lid with storage in the door, 2m mains cable and an oil bucket all included.
