Italforni's ES12-3 Euro Classic Triple Deck Electric Pizza Oven is a high performance, heavy duty modular pizza oven manufactured in Pesaro, Italy. The pizza oven features three independently controlled cooking chambers capable of cooking up to thirty six 300mm pizza or holding up to six 600 x 400mm baking trays at a time, making it a high output, versatile oven capable of keeping up with demand in busy commercial or professional kitchens, restaurants and takeaways.

Heat is generated by upper and lower armoured stainless steel heating elements delivering a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C. The ovens are internally lit by high resistance halogen lamps and feature large counter balanced doors with tempered glass viewing windows. The pizza ovens come fitted with a decorative hood canopy and a choice of mirror stainless steel or rustic style finish, and can be supplied with a range of additional options including open oven stand, hermetic prover compartment, all refractory oven interior and steam injection system.
