The Electrolux 371320 is an 400mm gas fry top with a 2/3rd smooth & 1/3rd ribbed brushed chrome cooking plate, designed for professional kitchens and built for durability and performance.
Features:• A large, 12mm thick chrome plate cooking surface provides ample space for grilling and griddling a variety of foods.
• Precise thermostatic temperature control allows you to set the temperature between 100°C and 280°C for optimal cooking results.
• Easy to clean, smooth chrome surface which is scratch-resistant and easy to wipe down, with a scraper included for cleaning stubborn messes.
• Efficient draining with a large drain hole on the cooking surface channels fat into a 1-liter collector placed underneath.
• 2/3rd Smooth and 1/3rd ribbed cooking plate.
• Durable construction, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish for a professional look and long-lasting performance.
• IPX4 Protection.
