40 Series Combi Steamers offer amazing versatility and control in the kitchen. Built around a sleek and modern stainless steel chassis with a double-glazed thermo-reflective tempered glass door is housed the ovens spacious oven. the 40 Series suite perfectly whether it be behind a bar, in the kitchen itself or in a front of house setting. Able to cook a wide variety of foods, from doughy products such as pizzas, to meats, seafood and vegetables. The oven itself provides you with both convection and steam cooking, separately if desired or combined together.
The 40 Series are available with both manual and digital controls depending on your needs, and 3 size options to choose from. From 5 trays (30 covers per load) up to 10 trays (80 covers per load). For added peace of mind also, the 40 Series ovens are supplied with a triple action water filter cartridge and filter head.
