Falcon F900 Series E9490 Electric Chargrill

The Falcon F900 E9490 is the ideal electric chargrill for kitchens that aren't able to use traditional gas models. Food is cooked directly upon the elements, providing attractive branding expected from chargrilling.
The 2 x 6.7kW elements quickly heat up, meaning cooking temperature is reached significantly faster than the gas models. Elements are independently-controlled, meaning that only half the cooking area (so only half the energy) needs to be used during quieter service periods.
The chargrills cooking area is 730mm x 590mm with an event and consistent temperature across the entire area. Individual magnetic side screens prevent spatter on adjacent equipment and can be easily removed and washed in a standard size sink.
The unit features a removable drip tray which does not need to be filled with water, it is there to purely catch any grease and debris. The chamber below the elements features removable PFTE sheets which prevent build up of grease in the chamber, making it much easier to clean and keep clean. The elements swivel upwards and can be locked in place to allow easy access for cleaning. The elements can be simply brushed clean.
The unit can be mounted on an optional fixed or mobile stand, which can be fitted with a grease collection system for those establishments producing a high amount of chargrilled food.
