Featuring 4 x 270mm diameter heat zones, heavy duty 6mm toughened glass hob plate, this unit is built to be able to last in any commercial kitchen environment. The Falcon E3913i also features a single fan-assisted, 1/1GN gastronorm compatible oven underneath.
