The Falcon E3865 twin pan fryer from the extensive Dominator plus range has an excellent response and recovery times ensuring that caterers are able to cope with high demands of fried food, producing up to 27kg chips per hour per person, from just 24 litres of oil per pan.
Individual controls mean that during quieter periods just one pan can be used, saving energy and oil. More advantages of the twin pan model is that the one pan can be devoted entirely to allergen free food such as gluten free.
The temperature ranges from 130-190°C , this fryer has a fast-acting safety thermostat which switches the unit off if the oil temperature gets too hot.
The E3865 as standard is supplied with two fry plates and a lid.
