Outfitted with an easy to use control panel with settings for optimal power depending on the cooking, the flexi pan delivers heat evenly across the entire cooking surface for perfect results with no hot spots. For after service, the unit can be used as a bain marie allowing for readily available hot food on demand. Underneath the pan sits a 200mm deep 1/1 GN tray too, ideal for the decanting of soups and stews.
