With a polished steel griddle plate that provides even heat distribution, precise temperature control and wide temperature range, the 800mm wide E3481 electric griddle from Falcon's Dominator Plus range is ideal for all your shallow frying needs. Designed to be safe and practical, the griddle has an splash guard, removable full width drip tray and stainless steel finish. Supplied on legs as standard, with fixed and mobile stands available on request.
