Falcon Dominator Plus E3405 Electric Chip Scuttle

The Dominator Plus E3405 electric chip scuttle is the ideal unit for storing chips and holding them at the optimum temperature prior to serving. It accommodates a 1/1 gastronorm tray and features a heat source below the holding area with a heat lamp above. The draining plate is angled to ease scooping of food from the container.
