The Falcon Dominator Plus E3121-4HP 4 Plate Electric boiling top is a hybrid of it's 2 & 3 hotplate counterparts. Equipped with 2 full depth cast iron hotplates, alongside 2 circular hotplates. This varied cooking area allows the benefits of concentrated heat for pots & pans, along with being able to straddle cook over the 2 cast iron plates. Constructed from high grade stainless steel, with Falcons signature bull nose design and easy access controls with permanent laser etched icons, the E3121-4HP is built to last in any commercial kitchen whilst providing variable and accurate temperature control.
Available either as it stands, on 4 heavy duty adjustable legs, or atop a fixed or mobile stand.
