The Falcon Dominator Plus E3121 3 Plate Electric boiling top features three independently controlled cast iron hotplates, The total cooking area of the E3121 allows for a wide array of cooking positions. Constructed from high grade stainless steel, with Falcons signature bull nose design and easy access controls with permanent laser etched icons, the E3121 is built to last in any commercial kitchen whilst providing variable and accurate temperature control.
Available either as it stands, on 4 heavy duty adjustable legs, or atop a fixed or mobile stand.
