The wide Emerald units are capable of accommodating large 2/1gn pans. Supplied with 2 shelves per section and 4 tray slides this unit is capable of holding up to 8 2/1gn pans or 16 1/1gn pans, letting you transfer your prepared food straight from your prep counter into your combi oven etc. the stainless steel interior and exterior makes it incredibly easy to keep clean and the removable cassette refrigeration system makes maintenance just as easy.
