Falcon's One Series induction range is an affordable solution for those kitchens who are wanting to experience the benefits of induction with the build quality and reliability you expect from Falcon but don't need as high power performance of the dominator plus equivalents.
The unit features six 1.5kW heat zones which deliver instant heat and are easily controllable. If a more intense heat is required there is a boost function which takes the power rating of an individual zone up to 3kW for a short period of time. The digital display on the glass shows which setting each zone is operating at, making it simple to see and adjust if necessary.
Like all induction, the hob has the built in pan detection, meaning there's no wasted energy when no pot's are present, even if the heat zone is switched on. Each zone is 180mm wide and the hob is 6mm toughened glass, making the unit robust enough to cope with the roughest of pan work, as well as being a good option to quickly clean up any spillages.
The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven has twin doors ith glass panels and two internal oven lights which allows for easy monitoring of cooking progress. The temperature range is 100-250°C and features five shelf positions, two shelves are supplied.
This model is single phase which requires two 32A feeds, making it easier for many kitchens to install. It can also be run off one 63A supply. The unit is supplied on adjustable feet as standard, with adjustable castors available at additional cost.
