Falcon One Series E143I 4 Zone Induction Hob Top Range - Three Phase

Falcon's one Series induction range is an affordable solution for kitchens that want to experience the benefits of induction with the build quality and reliability you expect from Falcon but without the high power or performance of the Dominator plus equivalents.

The E143i features four 1.85kW heat zones which deliver instant heat and are easily controllable. If a more intense heat is required there is a boost function which takes the power rating of an individual zone up to 3kW for a short period of time. The digital display on the glass shows which setting each zone is operating at, making it simple to see and adjust if necessary.

Like all induction, the hob features in-built pan detection, this means energy isn't wasted when there's no pan present, even if the heat zone is switched on. Each of the heat zones are 180mm wide and the hob is 6mm toughened glass, making it robust enough to cope with rough pan work, as well as being a good option to quickly and easily clean up as spillages can simply be wiped clean.

The 3.2kW fan-assisted oven features a single door with a glass panel to monitor cooking progress easily. The oven has 5 shelf positions with 2 shelves supplied. The door is right hand hinged as standard but a left hand option is available, please request at point of order.

The unit is supplied on adjustable feet as standard, castors are available on request.
