The Buffalo DM903 Bistro Contact Grill Large Ribbed combines a tough stainless steel construction with ribbed cast iron plates for long-term use and healthier grilling. Ideal for cooking burgers, steaks, panini and toasted sandwiches in busy commercial kitchens, takeaways, restaurants and sandwich shops.

With an adjustable swivel head and a variable heat control for different thicknesses and temperatures, you have complete control over the entire grilling process. The unit comes supplied with a removable grease collection tray and a griddle scraper for easier cleaning.
