The Buffalo mini food dehydrator will help you dehydrate small quantities of fish, meat, fruit or vegetables and there’s no need to worry about flavour transfer between shelves with the powerful horizontal air flow.

The dehydrator is a great way to extend the lifespan of food, it also creates delicious new textures and flavours. Capable of dehydrating multiple produce at the same time with its generous six individual shelves and the ultra-quiet fan minimises any noise.

The Buffalo dehydrator comes with a digital time that can be adjusted in 30 minute increments up to 24 hours and with the adjustable thermostat set the temperature from 35 to 75°C allowing precision and control.
