Buffalo Salamander Grill - DB177

A must have in any commercial kitchen is the Buffalo Salamander Grill. Great for melting cheese onto your burger, to toasting your panini. Featuring powerful 2.8kW elements and a variable temperature control means no hanging around for it to heat up and gives you grilled perfection every time. The grill also has three different shelf positions for larger foods or to control how much heat reaches your food.

At the end of service cleaning couldn't be easier thanks to the removable waste collection tray and removable upper and lower splash guards. Finally the grill is built to withstand everyday wear and tear seen in the commercial kitchen with its stainless steel construction.
