With the combination of a powerful 2.9kW element and independently controlled cooking zones the Buffalo CU627 Griddle is not only highly reliable but also offers high performance in the kitchen. Cook a range of menu items, from eggs to burgers.

As well as a handy drip tray than can be easily removed the griddle also includes built in splash guards at the back and sides to help prevent splashing when shallow frying food. Finally, the strong, flat stainless-steel plate allows you to easily clean and reoil for the next use helping you keep up with demand even in busy service times.
