The Buffalo CU488 Induction Hob adds the energy-saving and efficiency of induction cooking to any commercial kitchen. As well as featuring user-friendly controls, the induction hob will use less energy than traditional electric or gas ovens.

Not only will this bring down your running costs, but as the Buffalo uses induction technology the energy is transferred directly to your pans making dishes quicker to cook. Also, as the energy is transferred into the pan, you will find the kitchen cooler.

Finally with an open base for handy storage and castors for easy manoeuvrability the Buffalo CU488 Induction Hob will work as hard as you do.
