The Vapour 16 CTU is specially formulated to be used with 10 grid combi steam ovens and catering equipment using steam.

Unprotected equipment will suffer from limescale which attacks elements, oven chambers and sensors, leading to expensive repair, and the Vapour 18 CTU is the perfect solution to this problem.

The Vapour 16 is the perfect alternative to single use plastic in-line filters this CTU can be regenerated, recycled and reused making it a genuinely green water filter.
