It doesn't stop there either the 7.1kW oven can accommodate up to 5 2/1 gastronorm pans allowing you to keep up with demand even in the busiest of kitchens and ignition is a simple push button piezo ignition.
The removable pan supports, lockable castors and stainless steel construction means cleaning the unit at the end of a night is simple and quick.

IMPORTANT: The oven must be installed and commissioned by a Gas Safe Engineer. Unit is unsuitable for installation in mobile units including catering vans or food trucks. We can offer site surveys and installation - please call for details.
