Ideal for cooking not only pasta, but also noodles, vegetables, mussels etc. They are designed to produce a high ratio of pasta and are fitted with a basket drainage area, along with an overflow which allows the starch to drain away.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Tank is manufactured with 316 marine grade stainless steel.
• Fitted with basket drainer plate.
• Supplied with mains feed water tap and drain.
• Fitted with inbuilt overflow - allows water to continuously run, removing starch whilst pasta is cooking.
• Sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily.
