William's Onyx range is a spacious prep counter with a gastronorm storage unit on top holding 7 x 1/3gn pans, to keep your popular ingredients within easy reach. The unique airflow design ensures a uniform temperature consistently of the food in the pans. Complete with two shelves per section with space to hold up to 4 per door section.
