The Caterlite CM272 38 Litre Mini Oven with Rotisserie Function is an exceptionally versatile cooking machine suitable for light duty use in cafes, bistros, small restaurants, mobile catering and even the home.

The mini oven features a wide range of cooking functions including convection cooking and a rotisserie mode capable of cooking up to 1.5kg of meat, and comes complete with a baking tray, rack and accessory kit.
