Parts and Labour – This means we will send an engineer to site to assess the fault and if covered under the warranty both the cost of the engineer’s labour and parts are non-chargeable.
Removal of the existing unit will happen separately to the delivery of your goods unless previously arranged. Item must be disconnected, emptied, cleaned, and ready for collection. Price is based on like for like in size and larger items may occur additional costs.Unpack and position is based on clear ground floor access with no obstructions and no refunds are offered if it fails due to access issues.
