The Somerset CDR-500 20" Single Pass Dough Roller is a high output, versatile dough sheeter designed to be easy to use, clean and maintain making it ideal for use in a wide range of food service and production environments. Somerset's CDR-500 dough rollers can roll up to 500-600 pieces of dough per hour in up to 20" (51cm) wide sheets, delivering consistent results time after time. Perfect for for pizza, tortillas, pastry, flatbreads and more!
