The Somerset CDR-1100S 11" Compact Double Pass Dough Roller is a versatile front operated dough roller designed to be easy to use, clean and maintain, making it ideal for use a wide range of food service and production environments. Somerset's dough rollers can quickly and efficiently produce sheets of rolled dough up to 11" (28cm) wide, delivering consistent results time after time. Perfect for for pizza, tortillas, pastry, flatbreads and more!
