The hot plate is made from sturdy, wipe clean stainless steel with a toughened glass surface, and is capable of holding a full 1/1 size gastronorm pan.

26-Jan-2022	CATERLITE WARMING TRAY - CD562 I bought two of them for my boss in order to be used for the big family gatherings/party. Apparently, the kitchen staff are happy with those trays so far.
