The CB20 professional bun warmer is designed to warm hot dog buns without making them dry. Water is added into the bottom drawer to keep the rolls soft and also controls the humidity in the drawer.
This Bun Drawer also fits nicely under the RG50, RG70, RG90, and the RG110 hot dog rolling grills for a complete hot dog set up!

For easy maintenance, this GN 2/3 bun warmer is equipped with a removable drawer. The Gastronorm GN 2/3 tray placed in the drawer is removable and can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
