The Buffalo L530 Large Single Contact Grill with ribbed top and flat bottom plates is an excellent, versatile grill suitable for every day use in busy commercial kitchens in cafes, hotels and restaurants.

This heavy duty grill features a durable stainless steel body and hard wearing cast iron grill plates with a counterbalanced top plate. Once seasoned, the grill plates make a superb non-stick surface suitable for cooking a wide range of foods including sausages, burgers, eggs, sandwiches, panini and more.
