The Buffalo L485 Twin Tank, Twin Basket Counter top Electric Fryer offers an powerful deep frying solution for commercial kitchens of all kinds, with two independently controlled five litre capacity tanks allowing you to produce delicious chips, fish, chicken quickly and effortlessly.

The fryer features a thermal cut out and cool touch basket grips for added safety while in use, and at the end of service can be drained and cleaned easily making it ideal for busy catering establishments.
