The Buffalo GL179 Barbecue Griddle is an ideal option for large scale outdoor or mobile commercial catering. Portable, durable and easy to operate, the griddle features four powerful 18kW independently controlled burners for precision cooking and a versatile griddle surface suitable for cooking a wide range of food products including burgers, sausages, seafood, eggs and vegetables.

The barbecue griddle is easy to transport and set up, with removable legs, lockable castors for maneuverability and a simple push-button piezo ignition system.
