With 6kW of frying power and two large, independently controlled 8 litre frying tanks, the unit allows for a maximum output of up to 17.2kg of chips per hour with quick response times ensuring no slow down in service during busy periods. The fryer's built in digital timer and audible alarm enables effortless, precise cooking and after service the tanks can be drained quickly for cleaning thanks to the front mounted oil taps.
