The fryer is built from durable stainless steel and features dual independently controlled large capacity 8 litre frying tanks with built in timers and thermostatic dial temperature controls for precision cooking. After service, the unit is easy to clean thanks to the front mounted quick drain tap and wipe-clean surfaces.
