The Buffalo G791 Extra Wide Steel Plate Countertop Griddle is a reliable, high capacity electric griddle. It's extra wide cooking surface is perfect for quickly cooking large quantities of bacon, sausages, eggs, burgers or vegetables, making it an excellent choice for use in busy commercial kitchens.

The griddle plate features two independently controlled cooking zones, each heated by powerful commercial grade heating elements and controlled by simple dials, offering superb versatility during service. Clean up is fast and easy as well, with wipe clean surfaces and a removable drip / grease collection tray.
