The press lets you make consistent 100mm burgers each time, this not only helps with preparation but also for your staff if they are cooking them. Increasing your margins over those made by hand, the press operates with a simple level action and the paper holder lets you keep your greaseproof paper discs close to hand if you are preparing for sale or later use.
