Blizzard BRSCG1 1800W Single Contact Grill Bottom Smooth

With a ribbed top and smooth bottom, the Blizzard BRSCG1 Contact Grill is great for grilling, frying, or heating up your menu items. Whether it is grilling a juicy sausage for breakfast, a panini for lunch or making use of the flat bottom plate to fry an egg.

Not only does the contact grill feature cast iron plates but the body is constructed from high quality grade 304 stainless steel as well as an integrated manual temperature controls and LED indicator light.

Blizzard BRSCG1 Contact Grill Features:

• Ribbed top, smooth bottom.
• Temperature Range: +50° to +300°C.
• Cast Iron plates.
• High-quality grade 304 stainless steel body.
• Counter balanced top plates.
• Removable drip tray.
• Wire cleaning brush supplied as standard.
• Manual thermostat.

IMPORTANT- The Blizzard BRSCG1 cooking surfaces need to be seasoned before using for the first time.

1. Ensure the cooking surfaces are clean.


2. Brush the surfaces with cooking oil.


3.  Set the thermostat to 110°C and turn the appliance on. The power indicator light turns on.


4.  Once the appliance reaches temperature the power indicator light turns off.


5.  Turn the appliance off and allow it to cool before wiping away any excess oil.


6.  Your Blizzard BRSCG1 is now ready to use.
