The Victor carvery insert converts any GN 1/1 size Bain Marie into a Carvery pad. The BMCV1 is constructed from duarble stainless steel, with perforations and meat spikes.

• 1 x GN 1/1 - 65mm deep container.
• 1 x GN 1/6 - 65mm deep container and lid for gravy.
