The Turbofan E32D4 convection oven has a capacity of 4 x 1/1GN, controlled electronically with separate digital displays and adjusting knobs for time and temperature functions allowing for both manual and programmed functions. There is also programmable moisture injection, 2 speed oven fan and 3 stage cooking programmes.
