The Tefcold BLC10 Commercial 10 Tray Blast Chiller / Freezer comes with a fan assisted cooling system, meaning a quicker pull down time as well a more evenly spread temperature throughout the inside of the cabinet. The Tefcold BLC10s chilling capacity is 36kg in 90 mins (+70°C to +3°C) and freezing capacity is 25kg in 240mins (+70°C to -18°C).
