Plus, with exclusive patent-pending design, you never have to place the product directly on the blades. The unique Pusher/ Hopper allows safe & perfect positioning of the product to be sliced, as well as for loading smaller soft products like strawberries for faster bulk slicing. Quick change pusher assembly & blade cartridge with wash guard provide lightning fast changes for the different thicknesses & ensure safe handling, & the stainless steel construction will weather any storm.
