American Range AR6 Heavy Duty 6 Burner Gas Oven

The American Range AR6 Heavy Duty 6 Burner Gas Oven is a heavy duty professional oven range designed to stand up to the rigors of a busy commercial catering environment. The hob is fitted with powerful 9kW double crown burners to give a high performance and excellent heat output.

The oven itself is fitted with a high power 8kW stainless steel burner that will cook products consistently and evenly. The welded, high quality stainless steel construction will give the durability required in a professional kitchen.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Built to last with a heavy duty, durable steel chassis.
• Easily removable drop down oven door for cleaning & narrow door access.
• Piezo ignition to oven.
• 6 high power 9kW 32,000 BTU burners.
• Each open burner is fitted with a variable low flame setting gas valve, allows chefs to adjust simmer flame setting.
• No pilots lights fitted, prevents unwanted service calls.
• Individual 12" x 12" heavy duty cast iron pan supports.
• Large sized oven will accept 2/1 GN containers.
• Supplied with 1 oven shelf as standard.
