Meat ripening cabinet designed to carry out the process known as Dry Aging in an easy, safe and controlled way, obtaining the best results in terms of flavour, texture and aromas.
AISI 304 stainless steel interior, with inlaid guides and bottom and curved joints for easy cleaning.

• Digital controller with temperature, humidity control and touch keyboard.
• LED lighting incorporated, reducing energetic consumption between 80% and 90% respect to a traditional ligth bulb.
• High density injected polyurethane insulation with 75mm thickness.
• Height adjustable stainless steel legs (130-180mm).
• Door with self-closing system, opening lock and double pane glass low emissive + argon charge.
• Magnetic gasket with 4 cameras “cleanless” effect easily removable.
• Monoblock cooling system, with R290 and electronic fans.
• Automatic evaporation of defrost water without the use of electrical resistance.
