Electrolux Professional 922722 odour reduction hood for a 6 1/1GN combi oven on either a 6 or 10 1/1GN combi Oven (Electric only).

Features:
• Filtering surfaces protects against fire hazard.
• Complete ventilation system which eliminates the need for an
exhaust duct with external connection.
• UV system attacks the fat molecules helping to eliminate unpleasant odours and bacteria and post filters restrain the residual odours
• Fan motor with 3 automatic speeds.
• Frontal labyrinth and condensation filters are easy to remove and dishwasher friendly.
• It's possible to activate the air purification system when the oven is in stand-by mode or cleaning mode.
• The hood and oven work in sync and turn on/off when each other start/stop and automatically activates the correct fan speed.
• Double step door opening (PNC 922265) is suggested to improve filtering performance (for table-top only).
• Automatic door opening activation system.
• Multiple filtration systems: prefiltering of exhaust steam through
stainless steel labyrinth filters; demister filter and extra droplets
separator acting as a steam-liquid separator.

Air capacity: 1200-1500 m3/h.
