This Electrolux Skyline Blast Chiller Freezer 727740 is a large, multi-purpose unit with a capacity of 10 x 2/1GN pans or 600 x 400mm trays and is capable of taking 100KG of produce from 90°C to 3°C in less than 90 minutes and to -18°C in less than 4 hours.

It also has a high-resolution touch screen interface with an automatic mode, over 100 different pre-installed variants and cycles+, which works with the 3-point sensor probe, then automatically sets the correct parameters for the quickest chilling.
