Rational 60.73.272 Roasting and Baking Pan Large x1

Designed for the Rational Combi Ovens, the Rational 60.73.272 Roasting and Baking Pan not only has a Trillax coating meaning it can handle temperatures up to 300°C, but it is also non-stick so removing food can be done with ease.

With a 250mm diameter the pans are ideal for cooking a range of menu items such as paella, pancakes, not to mention small pizzas and cakes. The flip side has a griddled surface for even browning.

• Food should only be lightly oiled when it is grilled.
• Do not clean with aggressive cleaning agents.
• Do not clean using CleanJet.
• Do not clean in a granule-type dishwasher.
• The non-stick coating is not scratch-resistant.
• Do not cool hot cooking accessories with water.
