Electrolux 600510 Cutter Mixer - A 2-in-1 table mounted cutter or emulsifier with an ergonomic scraper made from heavy duty composite material, capable of liquidising, mixing and mincing in a matter of seconds.

Features:
• Stainless steel 5.5 litre bowl has a high chimney to ensure high productivity also when processing liquids (75% of the nominal capacity).
• Emulsifier function (scraper) included as standard.
• All parts in contact with food are removable without the use of tools, dismountable & dishwasher safe.
• Easy to clean, waterproof control panel.
• Pulse function to coarse chopping.
• Productivity suitable for 50 - 100 meals per service.
• Microtoothed blades in 420 AISI stainless steel & ergonomic scraper in high resistant composite material to ensure consistent mixing.
• Transparent lid incorporates a magnetic contact safety system.
