Electrolux Professional 391072 900XP 400mm wide electric griddle, with a 15mm thick, smooth, polished chromium cooking plate, and incoloy elements underneath providing rapid heat up and recovery and thermostatic controls, aiding safety and temperature regulation.

Features:
� Smooth polished chrome cooking surface.
� The cooking plate is manufactured from 15mm thick to provide extremely even temperature distribution.
� Temperature range adjustable from 120�C to 280�C.
� Very fast heat-up time to maximum temperature.
� 1 piece pressed worktop in 2mm stainless steel with smooth, rounded corners.
� Exterior panels in stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish.
� Has right-angled, laser cut side edges to allow flush-fitting joins between units eliminating gaps & possible dirt traps.
� Removable splash-guard in stainless steel covers back & sides of the cooking surface & is dishwasher safe.
� On the front of the cooking surface there is a large drain hole to drain excess grease & fat into a 1.5 litre grease collection drawer.
� Incoloy armoured heating elements positioned beneath the cooking plate.
� High precision thermostatic control.
