The Electrolux 371184 is a 400mm electric fry top with a smooth brushed chrome cooking plate, designed for professional kitchens and built for durability and performance.
Features:
• A large, 15mm thick chrome plate cooking surface provides ample space for grilling and griddling a variety of foods.
• Precise thermostatic temperature control allows you to set the temperature between 120°C and 280°C for optimal cooking results.
• Easy to clean, smooth chrome surface which is scratch-resistant and easy to wipe down, with a scraper included for cleaning stubborn messes.
• Efficient draining with a large drain hole on the cooking surface channels fat into a 1-liter collector placed underneath.
• Durable construction, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish for a professional look and long-lasting performance.
• IPX5 Protection.
• Suitable with the full 700XP cooking range from Electrolux.
